How to use the Create or Update

a Task Distribution List Tool

  1. Select Project and select task

 

 

2. Select Project users to receive task notifications

 

 

 

3. Click Create List and Send button

 

4. This is the notification email Project Users will receive. 

5. Click edit action to update Task status and notify users

 

6. Select Edit Task Status and/or Edit users. Click Save and Resend Email button.

 

7. Users are sent this Task status update email notification
